liblss16 is a library for decoding and encoding images using “ad hoc” file format LSS16 from SYSLINUX. This package also implements the utilities lss16toppm(1) and ppmtolss16(1) found in the SYSLINUX, with much greater ability to create LSS16 files from high colour PPM images.
